The first initial stage for any house improvement is to have a design that works for the client and their family. Shohada Architecture would work closely with the client to understand what they like to achieve and incorporate that in the design.
At the 3D stage, we would build your existing house alongside the interior with all the furniture and explore different roof configuration/ Material to show you the design from different angles (Interior and exterior).
After the design is confirmed we would do a realistic render to allow the client see the space prior to commiting to the build.
Note: If you can’t envisage how the new space would look, you would definitely benefit from a 3D. In some cases if the design/Existing house is complicated we would recommend to go through the 3D stage as it would help to support your planning application as well.
